- Editorial dedication saluting the W.T.C. on its fortieth anniversary, recalling how its founders disguised the club as merely a cycling society to pass Russian administration scrutiny, and wishing it to keep its title as "mother of Polish cycling."
- M. B.'s forty-year history of the W.T.C. from its founding on 6 April 1886 under Potocki and Chrapowicki, through building the Dynasy clubhouse and Warsaw's first cycling track in 1892, to its touring section (some 100 members riding 60,000 km yearly) and honorary members Bolesław Prus and Henryk Sienkiewicz.

- Bodalski's history of racing at the club, listing champions from Horodyński, Skrodzki and Osiński to Lange and Stankiewicz, and closing with its two greatest successes: second in the 1924 Paris Olympic "Race of Nations" and the world 4,000 m team record of 5 min 9 sec by Lange, Oksiutycz, Podgórski and Szymczyk.

- Bodalski on the society's gymnastic circle under Dr Karol Noskiewicz, runner-up at Poland's first gymnastic competition in 1903, whose members founded the "Czwartacy" Sokół nest in 1905, still sharing the Dynasy grounds with the W.T.C.
- Home chronicle: the first post-war industrial-sporting exhibition at Dynasy, Pabjanickie Tow. Cyklistów's retention of the Wagner cup road race at Łódź, Piotrowicz's win in Legja's Kraków–Wadowice–Kraków race, and the W.T.C.'s formal complaint over a Lwów club's press claims about the Polish road championship.
- Foreign chronicle: Nicolas Frantz wins the Tour of Spain ahead of Bottecchia, Moeskops beats Kaufmann at Amsterdam, and Achille Souchard sets a record in the French road championship; also reports Ganay's win over world champion Linart at Parc des Princes and the deaths of Ganay and pacer Frantz Hofmann a week apart.
