- Signed "Ursus", reports the 23 March 1926 delegates' congress in Warsaw (27 societies, 135 votes), where the extraordinary meeting referred the draft statute back to clubs and the annual meeting under Mieczysław Bodalski recorded 31 new member societies (73 total) and the founding of "Kolarz".
- Home news: the Warsaw Cyclists' Society's 14 March tour to Bielany with 50 riders, and Duszyński's new half-hour track record of 18 km 45 m at the close of the winter season, plus club programmes from Kraków, Wieliczka, Sosnowiec, Katowice, Poznań, Częstochowa and Mińsk Mazowiecki.
- The Warszawskie Towarzystwo Cyklistów's tabulated 1926 race and tour programme, from the 25 April season-opening road races to the 24 October closing track meeting, including the Warsaw and Polish championships and the Tour of Poland on 30 July–1 August.
