- Minutes of the extraordinary and annual general meetings of the Związek Polskich Towarzystw Kolarskich held on 28 March 1926 at the Towarzystwo Cyklistów clubhouse on Dynasy in Warsaw, with delegates of 27 societies commanding 155 votes; president Mieczysław Bodalski opened the session and B. Cichocki of the Łódź W.T.C. took the chair for a first reading of the new statute. Continued on pages 14-15 with Bodalski's report on 54 newly admitted clubs, captain Wojtkiewicz's sporting report (M. Lange's Polish road championship, the 650 km "Dookoła Woj. Warszawskiego" stage race, the Amsterdam world championship team) and the treasurer's accounts.
- A long technical treatise on track racing signed "Pomian", ranking sprinting, road racing, track distance events and motor-paced "sztajer" riding by the physical demands each makes, and setting out training regimes, riding positions by nationality and gear sizes. Cites Frank Kramer, Moeskops, Poulain, Schilles, Cugnot, Bailey and Mazairack alongside Polish riders Szymczyk, Łazarski, Podgórski, Stankiewicz and Gędziorowski.
- Account of the relay races organised by the Z.P.T.K. for the 3 May national holiday, in which riders from Kraków, Poznań, Upper Silesia, Włocławek, Ciechanów and Lublin carried dispatches of homage to Warsaw. A Warszawskie Towarzystwo Cyklistów platoon mounted the guard at the Belweder, where President Wojciechowski received the arriving relay pairs over more than two hours, and the day closed with a supper on Dynasy attended by General Zaruski and commander Charlemagne.
- Critical report on Warszawskie Towarzystwo Cyklistów's 50 km season-opening road race over the Miłosna road, won on the line by Jerzy Koszutski of Kaliskie Towarzystwo Cyklistów in 1h 57m 14s from Bartodziejski and Kamiński of the W.T.C. Podgórski crashed twice and abandoned, Duszyński punctured and was hurt in the closing metres, and Koszutski broke his collarbone when a spectator rode into him at the tape; 24 riders started.
- Foreign racing round-up assessing the form of Martinetti, Boyochi, Mazairack, Abegglen, Oszmela, Galvaing and Christensen ahead of the world championships, then results from Lausanne, Bordeaux, Geneva, Antwerp, Berlin-Treptow, Turin, Magdeburg, Oslo, Prague, The Hague-Rijswijk and Paris. Highlights are Victor Linart's eighth Belgian motor-paced championship at the Buffalo track in a record 1h 15m 48s, and Henri Suter's win in the 524 km race around Paris.
- Editorial notice asking all provincial correspondents to send their reports and communiqués by registered post no later than five days before the issue goes to press, so that news from the provinces is not published late.
- Domestic news round-up opening with the Towarzystwo Cyklistów w Warszawie annual meeting, which elected Prince Seweryn Czetwertyński president and voted to build a judges' stand and a box for the President of the Republic. Also the 58-year-old Minichowski's win in a 10 km touring race, the fifth "Stadjon" road race won by Kazimierz Włodarczyk on a Puch given by Austro-Daimler, and club reports from Łódź (Union, T.Z.S., Ł.K.S., Rekord), Mińsk Mazowiecki, Pabianice, Trzebinia, Borek Fałęcki, Kraków, Gniezno and Grudziądz.
