- "Łyżwiarz" argues Polish skating is unorganised and unled by the Union, contrasting the impoverished but productive Lwowskie Towarzystwo Łyżwiarskie with the wealthy Warszawskie Towarzystwo Łyżwiarskie, which now has no skater fit to represent Poland.
- M. B.'s account of the Pabianice Cyclists' Society's twentieth anniversary and new banner consecration on 31 October, with speeches by Z.P.T.K. delegate M. Bodalski and delegates from some 30 societies.
- Opening article of the new department "Kolarstwo i przysposobienie wojskowe", edited by Wiktor Junosza, proposing the bicycle as a means of engaging work-shy youth and promising a series on cycling patrols in scouting and youth organisations.

- J. Koszutski of the Kaliskie Towarzystwo Cyklistów answers the paper's questionnaire, describing his accidental start in a road race at sixteen and listing his best rides, including a 50 km win at Poznań in 1h 27m 4s and 26 road wins in all.
- Foreign chronicle: Faudet-Choury win the Berlin four-hour American race, Tonani-Lorenz win the second Berlin six-day amid criticised neutralised hours, and Letourneur-Rouyer set a record two-hour American race in Paris; continued on p.13.
- Home chronicle: Radom's Cyclists' and Motorists' Section elects a new board under A. Przybytniewski and plans a season-opening 10 April with road races and a cross-country event.
- "Alcho"'s Kraków section reports the "Czarna kawa" gathering at Borek Fałęcki on 22 January, with speeches by president Markowski and delegates discussing current Kraków cycling affairs.
- Survey of Kraków clubs' 1926 season: Cracovia finished its concrete track in July, the K.K.C.i M. ran the 564 km Tour of the Kraków province, and Makkabi's fifth-jubilee 110 km Kraków–Zakopane race drew 42 starters; to be continued.
- Critical report on the disorganised first large-scale Warsaw district skating championship, spectators kept waiting 90 minutes, judges arriving piecemeal, won overall by Kamiński with 263 points from Dembowski and Doley.
- Prize crossword by Ign. Smorliński spelling the surnames of seven racing cyclists, with a 30-złoty voucher prize; solutions due by 14 February 1927.
