- The Polish Skating Union board announces its general meeting for 13 March 1927 at the Warsaw Skating Society, ul. Szopena 3, and prints the thirteen-point agenda, including the treasurer's report, decorations for active sportsmen and officials, and a proposal to build an artificial ice track.
- The Z.P.T.K. board publishes the binding 1927 sporting calendar settled on 14 February: the "Express Poranny" circuit race in Warsaw on 29 May, provincial 100 km championships allotted to named clubs (S.S. Union Łódź, K.S. Cracovia, T.S. Olimpia Grudziądz, Wilno Cyclists and Skaters and others), the track championship to W.T.C. on 26 June, the road championship to Lwów on 29 June, the Kraków–Zakopane hill climb to Ż.K.S. Makkabi, and Victoria Częstochowa's August rally on Jasna Góra; a closing note names the W.T.C., Union and L.T.K. i M. riders suspended over unpaid 9-złoty licence fees.
- Editorial arguing that Polish track sprinters will only close the gap on foreign visitors if 200 m and 400 m record runs become a fixed item on every Polish track programme, citing how Łazarski used his 400 m strength to beat world champion Meyer, and the approaching Olympiad.
- M. Bodalski's lyrical touring sketch: sunset over the Baltic at Połąga, then a July ride out of Zakopane to Morskie Oko and Czarny Staw, ending with a snowstorm crossing of the Zawrat pass in which the guide Gąsienica and one rider fell and had to be recovered.
- A satirical club-run account signed "Fes." of a group of Warsaw cyclists on pre-war machines riding out to the newly built Żoliborz district, mocking its "living architecture" of squinting windows and mismatched houses.
- Concluding instalment, signed "Sław", of the long-blade speed-skating training course begun in an earlier number: a second-season week-by-week schedule over 500, 1500, 5000 and 10,000 m, detailed start technique, rest intervals between runs, and summer athletics and gymnastics to hold form.
- J. Jankowski on skate design and care: four categories of blade, the near-unbeatable Salchow figure model (50 mm rear and 45 mm front pillars, 330 g at size 29), thin racing blades in aluminium mounts, hockey skates, plus leather guards, waxing for the summer and an American carborundum sharpener; the skates photographed were lent by the firm "Olimpjada".
- Henryk Szamota, a young Polish rider based in Paris, sends the editors the winter-training views of leading foreign professionals — Henri Pélissier, Jean Alavoine, the six-day specialist Lacquehay, Jaeger's pacer Ctrman and Blanchonnet — concluding that riders past thirty cannot afford a long winter break while younger men can.
- Technical results and commentary, signed "Sem.", on the Vienna championships: Herma Jaross-Szabo and Ing. Wrede took the world pairs title, Ing. Willy Böckl the European men's title ahead of Distler and Schäfer, and Fritzi Burger the Gurschnerpreis; the writer regrets the absence of Sonja Henie, Ellen Brockhöft and the French pair Jolly-Brunet, and notes Poland was represented only in the box.
- Second instalment in the "Kolarstwo i przysposobienie wojskowe" department edited by Wiktor Junosza, on the bicycle's place in the Polish Scouting Association: forming cyclist patrols and troops, using scout cyclists as despatch riders in field exercises, and running scout road races of 20–80 km under compulsory medical supervision.
- Veteran roadman Stanisław Gronczewski of W.T.C. answers the paper's questionnaire "How I became a cyclist": his first 25-rouble machine bought at a neighbouring velodrome, a lost 100-lap race in 1904, sixth place in the 1906 Kingdom of Poland 100-verst championship won by Karol Kamiński, his own 100-verst road title in 1907 on an "Ormonde", and the six-hour American race of 1923 partnered by Stankiewicz.
- Foreign chronicle: the Paris internationals Switzerland v France (Kaufmann beating Michard) and France v Germany, where the veteran Poulain twice beat young Oskar Rütt, son of his old rival Walter; the U.C.I. Winter Grand Prix at the Vél' d'Hiv won by Moeskops from Michard and Faucheux, with Grassin taking the motor-paced prize; a three-hour Madison at Dortmund to Frankenstein–Buschenhagen; and the Oslo international skating meeting swept by the Russians Kalinin, Mebrichow and Kuszin.
- Home chronicle: W.T.C.'s half-hour record attempt on the wooden track drew only six starters, Józef Oksiutycz covering the best 17.925 km with K. Duszyński's 18 km 45 m record left standing (full comparative table given); reminders that Warsaw riders must renew their plates and licences by 1 March; the wedding of the cyclist Kazimierz Majewski; and the banner-consecration festivities of Ł.S. "Rapid" of Łódź on 26–27 February. A skating section reports the W.T.Ł. figure-skating competition of 13 February, with only Noskiewicz, Miss Chachlewska and the pair Szweicerówna–Pełczyński appearing.
- Kraków district page edited by "Alcho": the 13 February congress of the province's cycling societies agreed a joint 1927 calendar — the third annual Kraków–Zakopane hill climb on 10 July run by Makkabi and a 560 km tour of the province on 13–15 August run by K.K.C. i M. — and elected a five-man committee of Rudnicki, Gargul, Maternowski, Choczner and Rogowski as the nucleus of a Kraków association.
- The filled solution grid to crossword No. 1 compiled by Ign. Szmorliński, with the names of readers from Łódź, Lwów, Warsaw and Pruszków who sent correct answers and notice of the draw for a 30-złoty voucher at the firm "Dom i Sport" on 22 February 1927.
