The L.A.W. Bulletin was the weekly official organ of the League of American Wheelmen, reporting its governance, membership and the work of its state divisions and chief consuls. It covers the annual League Meets, the amateur definition and racing rules, race results and club runs, and the legal rights of cyclists on the road. Reports come from Philadelphia, Boston, New York, Chicago, Washington, Baltimore, Hartford, Springfield and Ohio, with touring notes, road conditions, hotel arrangements, and letters from members. Published in Philadelphia until early 1887, it moved to Boston under Abbot Bassett and ended in February 1888 when it merged with the Bicycling World.
