  Following a vote at the St. Louis F.A.M. convention, N.Y. State Commissioner J. S. Hall plans a Sept. 26 banquet to present a silver loving cup to veteran Will R. Pitman, with A. B. Coffman, Col. George Pope, R. G. Betts and J. L. Donovan expected to attend.
