  Abbot Bassett's report on the League in its 38th year, recording 901 members (down 43), eight surviving founders including C. Kirk Munroe, Albert S. Parsons and Hugh L. Willoughby, deceased veterans such as Thomas W. Davis and Herman L. Morse, and big-mileage riders Wm. M. Winquist, Richard Hamlin and Quincy Kilby; reviews kindred clubs and the guarantee fund supporting the Bulletin.
• AUDITOR'S REPORT.

  Augustus Nickerson's audited statement of L. A. W. receipts ($786.39 including 558 renewals and the guarantee fund) and payments, leaving a balance of $53.99 in hand and $48.00 due on the guarantee fund.
• ELECTION OF OFFICERS.

  The Assembly re-elected Milo M. Belding president, Elmer G. Whitney first vice-president, W. M. Frisbie second vice-president and Augustus Nickerson auditor, each with 66 votes, followed by debate on sustaining the League and the Bulletin through 1918.
• THE WHEEL ABOUT THE HUB.

  Account of the Boston Bicycle Club's annual Wheel About the Hub tour starting Sept. 14 to Nantasket, with Capt. Kendall and George L. Cooke finishing on bicycles; reprints the original 1879 invitation by Frank W. Weston and describes stops at Cobb's, Mansfield, Tom Jones' and Smith's Tavern with Quincy Kilby's silent toast to departed wheelmen.
