  Abbot Bassett's lead editorial opens the renewal season and apologizes for the Bulletin's wartime lateness, then runs into scrap-book notes on the F.A.M.'s plan to incorporate, Joe Schieder's mile-handicap win at the 74th Infantry games, and old champions George M. Hendee and Arthur Lumsden reuniting in France.
• OLD-TIMERS' REUNION.

  Twenty-six veteran wheelmen with the right to affix O.T.W. to their signatures gathered at the Hotel Martinique, New York, on Feb. 22, 1918, with George R. Bidwell presiding and Henry Crowther, Marriott C. Morris, John C. Wetmore, Charles E. Duryea, Sam Miles and R. G. Betts speaking on the L. A. W.'s history and reviving its old fraternal spirit.

  Meyer Cisral, L.A.W. member No. 1030 and former captain of the New York Division Century Road Club, and Robert K. Livingston of Cincinnati both crossed to Europe on the transport Tuscania shortly before it was sunk by a German submarine off the Irish coast on Feb. 5; both arrived safely.

  Rochester, N.Y., jeweler Frank A. Ackerman, 62, still rides 15-20 miles daily on the high-wheel "Ordinary" bicycle he has owned and kept in factory-fresh condition for 35 years.
