  The Corpo Consolare of Milan announces a touring outing from Milan to Gallarate (37 km) on 7 July, timed to the inauguration of the Societa Ginnastica e Velocipedistica's new premises at Gallarate. Registration costs L. 2.25 including lunch at Gallarate; the schedule assembles riders at Porta Sempione at 5am, routing through Rho and Legnano, with members of neighbouring sections and both male and female members and candidates invited to join under Article 82 of the Statute.

  Minutes of five Council sessions (22 May-19 June 1895) chaired with Venino presiding: Riva reports failed efforts to secure reduced rail tariffs for bicycle transport; a new club badge design from Cav. Johnson is approved and 500 ordered from De-Bernardi; Bertarelli is authorised to contract the guidebook's binding; new 1:500,000 geographic maps from the Istituto Geografico di Firenze are approved for purchase; the Council declines to react to press criticism of cyclists but favours moderate self-regulation; legal consultants (avv. Gennati for Bergamo, avv. Bonomi and Villa for Lodi) are appointed; and a commission of Carugati, Dell'Oro, Magnasco and Fioroni is formed to draft outing regulations and organise delegates for a Val Trompia excursion.

  A 15-article regulation for club outings, drafted by a commission of Romeo Carugati, T. E. Magnasco, Avv. Dell'Oro, Avv. Fioroni, Cav. Johnson, Capt. Berutta and Lt. Forlanini: outings are organised by each Section's Consular Corps to strengthen ties among members and visit scenic or historic sites, riders are grouped into squads of at most 15 led by a Capo-squadra, pace is set at 10-15 km/h, mechanics are provided for repairs at riders' expense for parts only, and each machine must carry a working brake, bell and first-aid kit.

  The sixth published list of Corpo Consolare appointments approved by the Council at its 20 May and 5 June sessions on the proposal of the Capo Console Generale, naming Capi Consoli for Milan (Cav. Federico Johnson), Trieste (Max Eckardt), Regensburg (Prof. Augusto Geisser) and Geneva (Adrien Champion), Consoli for Padova, Venezia, Pesaro, Livorno, Roma, Napoli, Rovereto, Lugano and Mentone, and numerous Vice Consoli across Lombard towns including Mortara, Busto Arsizio, Vigevano, Bergamo, Como and Varese.

  Capo Sezione Strade L. V. Bertarelli reports the club's road Guida (guidebook, free to members) is about to be dispatched after being compiled from 1,200 questionnaires sent and roughly 1,700 returned; describes its roughly 400 pages covering about 25,000 km of Italian roads plus border-crossing connections, a first-aid section from the Sezione Medica, and customs rules for cyclists; also announces a donated series of 16 route-profile leaflets from the newspaper La Bicicletta (cartographer F. Patrucco) to appear as detachable inserts, and denies a rumour that Milan's Provincial Deputation revoked the Viale di Sesto cycling concession.

  Capo Sezione Comfort Carlo Tarra lists hotels offering discounted meals, lodging and full-board rates to T.C.C.I. members in Alessandria, Bergamo, Brissago, Bellano, Chiari, Grosio, Gallarate, Intra, Lodi, Novara and Novi Ligure, with prices itemised per hotel, and corrects an entry from Bulletin no. 5: the Ristorante Ponte Vetero is properly named Ristorante Fratelli Cavenaghi.

  A review of the Carta corografica del Regno d'Italia e delle Regioni adiacenti, a 1:500,000-scale map in 35 sheets published by the Istituto Geografico Militare di Firenze, describing its Bonne projection centred near Rome, its photo-etching and lithographic production, its road, rail and hydrography symbols, and its pricing (1-2 lire per sheet with a 30% discount for T.C.C.I. members), noting a sample copy is available for inspection at the Milan headquarters.

  A roster of prospective members proposed for admission between 20 May and 20 June 1895, to be considered admitted under Article 13 of the Statute unless a complaint is lodged within eight days, listing several hundred candidates by name, occupation and home town across Milan, Lodi, Bergamo, Brescia, Rome, Genoa, Lecco and Como.

  A detachable touring-route leaflet for the Milan-Bellagio excursion, giving road conditions via Seregno and the Piano d'Erba, rail and tram connections, recommended hotels at Bellagio, Bellano, Tremezzo, Varenna, Lecco and Como, and a narrative description recommending the ride as one of the most varied Sunday outings, tracing the route through Erba, the Buco del Piombo cave, Canzo, the Corno di Canzo ascent, Asso and the Madonna del Ghisallo pass before descending to Bellagio on Lake Como.
