A publisher's notice announces that The Bicycling World, previously published by E.C. Hodges and Co. under editor Abbot Bassett, will now be issued every Friday by the Bicycling World Company under the joint editorship of C.W. Fourdrinier, J.S. Dean, and Frank W. Weston.
